Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be received with all original tags attached and be in sellable condition to receive a refund.

Pierced jewelry, lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Footwear must be unworn and include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.
