WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be received with all original tags attached and be in sellable condition to receive a refund.
  • Pierced jewelry, lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Footwear must be unworn and include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds, no exceptions.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS?

Yes, there’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER FROM WITHIN THE U.S.?

For our US customers, we provide a pre-paid return label on request to make it super easy for you to send it back.

To create your return, please, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

1.  Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.

2.  Login to your account, click view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

3.  Stick the return label on the mailer.

4.  Drop off the mailer at any USPS drop off location or schedule a pickup at USPS. 

*Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your package. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE SOMETHING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.  

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

Customers are responsible for shipping return items and items must be postmarked for return within 15 days of receipt of delivery. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We aim to process your return ASAP, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning your item(s), please contact us with tracking and order information we will check it out for you.
